摘要
二醋酯纤维诞生已有近百年的历史,但因棉与二醋酯纤维混纺面料在染整过程仍然存在一些技术难点,目前二醋酯纤维与棉的混纺应用相对较少.文中主要探讨二醋酯纤维与棉混纺织物在染整过程中的技术难点,主要针对二醋酯纤维遇碱皂化以及色牢度偏低的技术难点,提供详细的低温前处理方案、酸性还原清洗方案、低温皂洗方案以及高效涤棉固色等解决方案,为二醋酯纤维与棉混纺织物的研究以及工业化生产提供参考.
Abstract
The birth of diacetate fiber has a history of nearly a hundred years,but due to some technical diffi-culties in the dyeing and finishing process of cotton and diacetate fiber blended fabrics,the application of diacetate fiber and cotton blending is currently limited.This article mainly discusses the technical difficulties in the dyeing and finishing process of acetate fiber and cotton blended fabrics.It mainly focuses on the technical difficulties of alkali saponification and low color fastness of acetate fiber,and provides detailed solutions such as low-temperature pre-treatment,acid reduction cleaning,low-temperature soap washing,and high-efficiency polyester cotton fixation.This provides reference for the research and industrial production of acetate fiber and cotton blended fabrics
