This paper presents a comparative analysis and study of Polish embroidery and Chinese embroidery.The origins and development of Polish embroidery and Chinese embroidery are introduced and their positions in the local cultures are analyzed.A comparative analysis of the two embroideries is made in terms of techniques and tools,materials and colors,styles and expressions,and their influence on local culture,the results of the study are summarized and the development trends of Polish embroidery and Chinese embroidery are discussed.The research shows that the different characteristics presented by Polish embroidery and Chinese embroidery are influenced by the regional culture and history of both countries.In the future,the development of Polish embroidery and Chinese embroidery will continue to be influenced by the local culture,as well as evolving with the innovation and development of technology.
