Development of Water Absorbing Quick Drying Seamless Short Sleeves
This article introduces the development,design,and various weaving and dyeing processes of seamless water absorbing quick drying short sleeves.The fabric achieves excellent water absorbing and quick drying function through three aspects:yarn,weaving method,and dyeing and finishing processing.Optimizing the dyeing process,using a 1:8 low bath ratio for oil removal and dyeing in the same bath,significantly reducing energy consumption,and conducting relevant performance tests on the product.The results show that this product not only has excellent water absorption and quick drying effect,but also has very good fastness indicators.
