摘要
文章对自行车骑行服的特点、功能性要求及结构特征进行分析,并以爱好骑行、积极响应绿色出行的广大学生群体为研究对象,对其秋冬季日常骑行服的款式、细节、面料、功能等需求进行调研.研究发现,大多数人对秋冬季户外骑行服装的舒适性、穿脱方便性等较为看重.基于消费者的实际需求,对秋冬季青少年自行车骑行服进行结构设计,从廓型、领型、袖型、分割线结构、内胆可拆卸设计、内胆连接方式、防滑、反光条等方面进行设计和制作工艺研究,以满足人们对骑行服功能性、穿着便捷性、时尚性和舒适性的要求,为国内的自行车骑行服研发提供参考.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the characteristics,functional requirements and structural features of cycling apparel,focusing on the broad student group who love cycling and actively embrace green travel.It conducts research on their needs for autumn and winter daily cycling attire,including styles,details,fabrics,and functionalities.The study reveals that most people value comfort and ease of wearing for outdoor cycling clothes during the autumn and winter seasons.Based on the actual needs of consumers,structural design for autumn and winter youth cycling apparel is conducted,with research into design and manufacturing techniques focusing on silhouette,collar shape,sleeve shape,seam structures,detachable inner lining design,inner lining connection methods,anti-slip features,and reflective strips.This study aims to meet people's requirements for functionality,ease of wear,fashion and comfort in cycling apparel,providing a reference for the development of domestic cycling apparel.
