300.0 tex涤黏大肚纱纺纱工艺分析

以涤纶线和涤黏粗纱为原料,利用HN5DY花式捻线机纺制300.0 tex大肚纱,通过调整超喂比、中空捻度和牵伸倍数进行单一变量及正交设计试验对大肚纱进行工艺优化,并对纺制大肚纱的外观效果、结构稳定性、毛羽等指标进行直观分析和方差分析.探讨了超喂比、中空捻度和牵伸倍数3个因素对大肚纱纺制的影响程度,并确定了最佳工艺参数.结果表明,超喂比、中空捻度和牵伸倍数分别是1.07、250捻/m和3.5倍时为最佳工艺参数组合,所纺大肚纱的粗度为(2.0±0.1)mm、长度为(6.0±0.1)cm、间隔长度为(4.0±0.1)cm,为后续花式纱线的工艺优化及风格分析提供一定的理论基础.
Discussion on Spinning Technology of 300.0 tex Polyester/Viscose Big-belly Yarn
Polyester yarn and polyester/viscose roving were used as raw materials to spin 300.0 tex big-belly yarn by using HN5DY fancy twisting machine.The single variable and orthogonal design experiments were carried out to optimize the process of big-belly yarn by adjusting the overfeed ratio,hollow ingot parameter and draw ratio.The appearance effect,structural stability,hairiness and other indexes of spinning big-belly yarn were analyzed by visual analysis and variance analysis.The degree of influence of three factors,namely,overfeed ratio,hollow twist and draft multiplier,on the spinning of potbelly yarns was investigated,and the optimal process parameters were determined.The results show that when the overfeed ratio,hollow ingot parameter and draw ratio are 1.07 times,250 twists per meter and 3.5 times,respectively,the optimum process parameters are obtained,and the coarseness,length and interval length of the big-belly yarn are(2.0±0.1)mm,(6.0±0.1)cm and(4.0±0.1)cm,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the subsequent process optimization of fancy yarns and style analysis.
