冷感单向导湿织物开发及水斑消除研究

为了开发夏季冷感单向导湿服装,采用双层缎面组织,内层用高导热的聚乙烯长丝,外层用高吸水的莱赛尔长丝,利用差动毛细效应和润湿梯度效应,使水分快速传导及蒸发.试验得出,采用十字扁平聚乙烯纤维,加入亲水硅油ST420,热压工艺后瞬间凉感值提升到0.270 W/cm2,芯吸高度提升到193 mm,蒸发速率提升到1.85 g/h,透湿量提升到10 410 g/(m2.d).通过增加聚乙烯纤维的格子和外层运用蜂巢提花组织,提高比表面积,能有效阻止水斑的产生.
Development of Cold Unidirectional Moisture Conducting Fabric and Study on Water Spot Elimination
In order to develop the one-way moisture conductive clothing with cold feeling in summer,the double-layer satin structure is adopted.The inner layer is made of polyethylene filament with high thermal conductivity and the outer layer is made of loycell filament with high water absorption.The differential capillary effect and wetting gradient effect are used to make the water conduct and evaporate rapidly.The test shows that after the hot pressing process,the instantaneous cool feeling value is increased to 0.270 W/cm2,the wicking height is increased to 193 mm,the evaporation rate is increased to 1.85 g/h,and the moisture permeability is increased to 10 410 g/(m2·d).By increasing the lattice and outer layer of polyethylene fiber and using honeycomb jacquard tissue to improve the specific surface area,it can effectively prevent the generation of water spots.
