熔喷布层数与盐性颗粒物过滤效率的相关性

为了研究熔喷布的层数与其盐性颗粒物过滤效率间的相关性,采用相同材质、不同层数的熔喷布,对其进行盐性颗粒物过滤效率测试,经过不同熔喷布进行大量批次的试验验证。结果表明:多层熔喷布的盐性颗粒物过滤效率虽高于单层熔喷布的盐性颗粒物过滤效率,但并不是简单的过滤效率结果值单层与多层之间相累加的关系,穿透率是影响熔喷布的盐性颗粒物过滤效率的关键。结合熔喷布的穿透率,建立了熔喷布层数与其盐性颗粒物过滤效率间的关系公式。
Correlation Between the Number of Melt-blown Cloth Layers and the Salt-particulate Filtration Efficiency
In order to study the correlation between the number of melt-blown cloth layers and the salt-particulate filtration efficiency,the salt-particulate filtration efficiency of the melt-blown cloth that has different layers with the same material were measured,and been verified by testing many batches.The results show that the salt-particulate filtration efficiency of multi-layer melt-blown cloth is much higher than that of single-layer melt-blown cloth,but it don't show a simple cumulative relationship between the single-layer and the multi-layer of the particulate filtration efficiency.In addition,the penetration is a key influencing factor of particulate filtration efficiency of melt-blown cloth.A formula for the correlation between the number of melt-blown cloth layers and the salt-particulate filtration efficiency is established combined with the penetration.
