织物汽蒸尺寸变化率的快速检测方法探讨

摘要
汽蒸尺寸变化率是表征织物受蒸汽作用后尺寸变化情况的一种方法,但在日常检测中存在测试样品多、试验时间较长的问题.文中在大量试验的基础上,提出采用减少测试样品数量或改变试验时间的方式,测试织物的汽蒸尺寸变化率,这有利于提高工作效率.通过假设检验,F检验加t检验,证明了在减少测试样品数量或改变试验时间情况下,得到的试验数据与按照标准要求测得数据具有一致性.
Abstract
The steaming size change rate is a method to characterize the size change of fabric under steam action,but there are many test samples and long test time in daily testing.On the basis of a large number of tests,this paper puts forward the method of reducing the number of test samples or changing the test time to test the change rate of the steaming size of the fabric,which is conducive to improving the work efficiency.Through hypothesis test,F test,and t test,it is proved that the obtained test data is consistent with the measured data according to the standard requirements under the condition of reducing the number of test samples or changing the test time.
