摘要

聚酯薄膜纤维在服装面料上的运用越来越广泛,但是在现行的国家标准和行业标准中,没有相应的聚酯薄膜纤维化学检测方法.为了探寻聚酯薄膜纤维和羊毛、锦纶、黏纤混纺织物的快速检测方法,用两种不同的测试方案进行了比较:方案一,先拆分后溶解法;方案二,先溶解后拆分法.结果表明,该类织物用先溶解后拆分法能更快速且准确地得到测试结果.

Abstract

Polyester film fiber is more and more widely used in clothing fabrics,but in the current national standards and industry standards,there is no corresponding polyester film fiber chemical testing method.In order to explore the rapid detection methods of polyester film fibers and wool,polyamide and viscose mixed fabrics,two different test schemes were compared.Scheme 1,split first and then dissolve,Scheme 2,dissolve first and then split.The results show that the test results can be obtained more quickly and accurately by dissolving and then splitting this kind of fabric.
