棉与黏纤混纺织物纤维含量的不确定度分析

文章以棉和黏胶化学短纤维的混纺织物为例,进行纤维含量分析。按照GB/T 2910。6-2009《纺织品定量化学分析第6部分:黏胶纤维、某些铜氨纤维、莫代尔纤维或莱赛尔纤维与棉的混合物(甲酸/氯化锌法)》对试样进行定量分析检测,并分别对棉和黏胶化学短纤维含量的不确定性作出评估。通过对不确定度来源进行分析,得出不确定度各分量及合成标准不确定度,并最终得出测试的扩展不确定度,使检验结果更加具有完整性和科学性。
Uncertainty Analysis of Fiber Content in Cotton and Viscose Blended Fabrics
This paper took the blended fabric of cotton and viscose chemical staple fiber as an example to analyze the fiber content.The samples were quantitatively analyzed and tested according to GB/T 2910.6-2009"Quantitative chemical analysis of textiles-part 6:viscose fibers,certain cupramine fibers,modal fibers or lyocell fibers mixed with cotton(formic acid/zinc chloride method)",and the uncertainty of the content of cotton and viscose chemical staple fibers was evaluated.By analyzing the source of the uncertainty,the components of the uncertainty and the synthetic standard uncertainty are obtained,and the extended uncertainty of the test is finally obtained,so that the test results are more complete and scientific.
