接收滚筒转速对静电纺聚氨酯纳米纤维的影响

为探究接收滚筒转速对静电纺聚氨酯(PU)纳米纤维直径、纤维取向的影响,选用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与四氢呋喃(THF)作为溶剂,使用静电纺丝法,利用正交试验改变溶质的质量分数、溶剂配比与注射速率以确定合适的纺丝参数,在此基础上改变接收滚筒转速,研究滚筒转速与纤维直径与取向度之间的关系。结果表明,以PU质量分数18%,THF与DMF体积比2∶1,注射速率3 mL/h,电压20 kV,接收滚筒转速200 r/min,接收距离20 cm为参数制备的纳米纤维膜纤维形态较好;随接收滚筒转速提高,静电纺PU纳米纤维直径先减小后少量增大,纤维取向度先提高后有所下降。
Effect of Receiving Drum Speed on Electrostatic Spinning Polyurethane Nanofibers
In order to investigate the influence of receiving drum rotation speed on the diameter and orientation of electrostatic spun polyurethane(PU)nanofibers,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and tetrahydrofuran(THF)were selected as solvents,and the mass fraction of solute,solvent ratio and injection rate were changed by electrospinning method through orthogonal experiment to determine the appropriate spinning parameters.On this basis,the relationship between the rotation speed of the receiving drum and the diameter and orientation of the fiber is studied.The results showed that the nanofiber membranes prepared with PU mass fraction of 18%,THF/DMF volume ratio of 2∶1,injec-tion rate of 3 mL/h,voltage of 20 kV,receiving drum speed of 200 r/min and receiving distance of 20 cm had good morphology.With the increase of receiving drum speed,the diameter of electrostatic spinning PU nanofibers decreases first and then increases slightly,and the fiber orientation increases first and then decreases.
