大豆蛋白纤维是一种功能性纤维,因受生产工艺影响,原料疵点高,尤其是粗并丝,布面有硬丝影响穿着性能。本研究采用双梳工艺,对大豆蛋白纤维进行处理和梳理,再与莫代尔纤维进行混合,充分改善半成品粗并丝情况,保证了纱线物理指标,通过织布确认,每米布粗并丝由10~15根减少到两根以内。最终制得性能优良的莫代尔、大豆蛋白纤维混纺针织纱线。
Research and Development of Modal and Soybean Protein Fiber Knitting Yarn
Soybean protein fiber is a functional fiber.But the defects are so high because the influence of pro-duction process that affectthe wearing performance,especially the coarse fiber and hard fiber.We adopted the dou-ble combing process totreat and comb fiber,then mixed it with Modal fiber,the yarn is improved the defects and ensure the yarn physical index.Through weaving confirmation,the coarse and fine yarn per meter was reduced from 10~15 to less than 2.The final product is Modal soy protein blended knitted yarn.
