摘要
通过锦纶纤维发展趋势的分析,对比生物基锦纶纤维及回收锦纶纤维的市场,表明锦纶纤维正朝永续环保的方向前进与蜕变.选取环保锦纶纤维(普丽可)仿棉纱和氨纶纱线交织,通过组织设计、染整工艺的调整,开发一款单面网眼面料,经测试,面料的耐水色牢度、耐皂洗牢度、耐摩擦牢度、耐日晒牢度等均可以达到4～5级,勾丝3～4级,抗起毛球正面4级,反面3～4级,各项性能优异,符合服用要求.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the development trend of nylon fibers,compared with the market for bio-based nylon fibers and recycled nylon fibers,indicating that nylon fibers are moving towards sustainable and environ-mentally friendly direction.Eco-nylon fibers(PRUECO)were and spandex yarn interwoven.Through the adjustment of weaving design and dyeing and finishing process,a single sided mesh fabric was developed.After testing,water color fastness,soap fastness,crocking fastness,fastness to light,etc.can reach 4～5,snagging 3～4,pilling front is 4,back 3～4,Tested all performance was excellent,could meeting the wearing requirements.
