摘要
垃圾焚烧是未来生活垃圾处置的主要处理方式,垃圾焚烧产生的渗滤液如何处理已成为行业关注的热点.垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液具有水质水量变化大、污染物浓度高、pH值较低、挥发酸(VFAs)含量较高等特点.某厂采用"厌氧+膜生物反应器(MBR)+纳滤(NF)/反渗透(RO)"组合工艺对渗滤液进行处理.本文阐述了该工艺的运行情况,分析了其垃圾渗滤液产量的变化、COD和NH4+-N的去除效率变化及各工艺段的性能,并探讨了该工艺运行过程中可能存在的问题.
Abstract
In the future,waste incineration will be the primary treatment technique for domestic waste disposal,and how to deal with the waste incineration leachate has become a hot topic in the industry.Large variations in water quality and quantity,high pollutant concentrations,low pH values,and high volatile fatty acids(VFAs)content were all observed in waste incineration plant leachate.To effectively treat leachate,a process of"anaerobic + membrane bioreactor(MBR)+ nanofiltration(NF)/reverse osmosis(RO)"was used in the leachate treatment station.This study explored how the process works and analyzed variations in landfill leachate yield,COD and NH4+-N removal efficiency,and the removal performance of each process step.Following then,potential issues with the operation procedure were analyzed.
