Research on deaerator process to eliminate"little White Dragon"
The dissolved oxygen in the deoxygenated water of the 4.5 million t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical&Chemical Co.,Ltd has always been unqualified during the initial stage of operation, seriously affecting the service life of equipment such as water supply pipelines and steam drums. This article briefly describes the main deoxygenation methods for water supply at present;Analyzed the impact of sampling factors, deaerator, deaerator equipment itself, operating temperature, exhaust volume, and operating load on dissolved oxygen in deaerated water, and developed corresponding solutions.By replacing the deoxidizer and adding an online dissolved oxygen analyzer, the optimal process operating conditions of the deoxidizer were explored, and the problems of unqualified dissolved oxygen in the deoxidized water,as well as the"small white dragon"of on-site steam and high noise were solved.
