Preparation and characterization of polyacrylonitrile composite fiber membrane load CNT@ZnO
Synthesis of zinc oxide/carbon nanotubes using chemical precipitation method using carbon nanotubes(CNTs)as catalyst carriers(CNT@ZnO)composite nanoparticles. As a photosensitizer,CNT generates photo generated electron hole pairs when illuminated by visible light.Through the CNT network transmission, electrons from the conduction band of CNT are injected into the conduction band of ZnO,achieving effective separation of photo generated electron hole pairs and stable photocatalytic effect on dyes.Further, composite nano particles were stably deposited on the surface of electrospun CNT/PAN composite fiber membrane through assembly, and functional composite fiber membrane was prepared. The results show that the modified composite fiber membrane has excellent hydrophilicity, significantly enhanced tensile strength, and good photocatalytic effect on both anionic and cationic dyes.
