ZnxCd1-xS固溶体的制备及光降解亚甲基蓝的性能研究

本文通过水热法成功制备了ZnxCd1-xS固溶体材料,并通过光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB),探究了材料的光催化性能.光催化实验结果表明,Zn0.2Cd0.8S固溶体材料的去除效率达到了81.94%,接近于纯CdS的1.43倍和ZnS的1.47倍.通过XRD、UV-vis漫反射吸收光谱和EIS等表征,探究了光催化性能增强的可能原因.结果表明,所构建的Zn0.2Cd0.8S固溶体材料具有较高的载流子分离效率,并且在可见光区增强了光吸收能力,提高了光催化性能.
Preparation of ZnxCd1-xS solid solution and its performance of photodegradation of methylene blue
In this paper,ZnxCd1-xS solid solution material was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method,and its photocatalytic performance was investigated by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB).The photocatalytic experiment results showed that the removal efficiency of Zn0.2Cd0.8S solid solution material reached 81.94%,close to 1.43 times of pure CdS and 1.47 times of ZnS.The possible reasons for the enhancement of photocatalytic performance were explored through characterization such as XRD,UV vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectroscopy,and EIS.The results show that the Zn0.2Cd0.8S solid solution material has a high carrier separation efficiency,and a strong light absorption ability in the visible light region,thus enhancing the photocatalytic performance.
