摘要

目前我校化工教学实验每次只是单独使用一种蒸馏方法,分别为实沸点(TBP)蒸馏、恩氏蒸馏、克氏蒸馏实验.为使学生将所学知识用于解决石油炼制领域的实际问题,针对炼油厂实际情况,选用不同石油产品,在开设实沸点(TBP)蒸馏、恩氏蒸馏、克氏蒸馏实验的同时,开设气相色谱模拟蒸馏实验.学生需掌握模拟蒸馏数据与其他蒸馏方法特点,同时考察各蒸馏数据的准确性.

Abstract

The teaching experiment of chemical engineering in colleges and universities uses one distillation method alone,including TBP distillation,Engler distillation and Kirschner distillation experiment.To enable students to apply their knowledge to solve practical problems in the field of petroleum refining,TBP distillation,Engler distillation and Kirschner distillation experiments are set up for different petroleum products according to the actual situation of the refinery.In the process of experimental operation,because the students are not proficient in the operation process,there often appears a large error of distillation.In order to better let students master various distillation methods and reduce experimental errors,the introduction of simulation distillation experiment instrument,in each experiment process,synchronous simulation distillation experiment of petroleum products.
