目的:本文主要对谷氨酸盐酸盐离子液体作为绿色模板剂辅助纳米氧化锆的制备及其吸附性能进行研究.方法:以绿色环保的谷氨酸盐酸盐离子液体为绿色模板剂合成了纳米氧化锆,在实验方案进行优化后,研究了在不同水热温度、纳米氧化锆吸附剂用量等条件下,纳米氧化锆对有机染料亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能影响.结果:水热温度为150℃时制备的纳米氧化锆具有高效的吸附性能,MB的去除率最高为 96%;加入 0.03 g纳米氧化锆吸附剂时,纳米氧化锆对 10 mg/L的MB溶液在暗环境下搅拌吸附 10 min后,MB的去除率达到 97%.结论:该方法制备的纳米氧化锆对废水中的有机染料MB具有很好的吸附作用.
Glutamate hydrochloride ionic liquid-assisted preparation of nano-zirconia and its adsorption properties
Objective:this paper mainly studies the preparation and adsorption properties of glutamic acid hydrochloride ionic liquid as a green template assisted nano-zirconia.Methods:using the green and environmentally friendly glutamate hydrochloride ionic liquid as a template agent,combined with the reflux-hydrothermal method,nano-zirconia was synthesized,and its microscopic morphology and crystallization properties were explored;the effect of nano-zirconia on the adsorption performance of organic dye methylene blue under different conditions such as hydrothermal temperature and adsorbent dosage.Result:the nano-zirconia prepared at a hydrothermal temperature of 150℃has high-efficiency adsorption performance,and its removal rate is up to 96%.When 0.03 g of adsorbent is added,the nano-zirconia can absorb 10 mg/L methylene blue solution in a dark environment for 10 minutes after stirring,the removal rate of methylene blue reached 97%.Conclusion:the nano-zirconia prepared by this method has a very good adsorption effect on the organic dye MB in wastewater.
