创新驱动引领化工学科研究生培养模式探索与实践

本文对兰州理工大学化工学科研究生培养过程中人才培养"方案修订、机制优化、内涵强化、过程联动"四个方面进行了深入探讨与总结,以研究生创新精神及实践能力提升为目标,提出"优化目标、健全体制、强化内涵、创新维度"的化工类研究生培养模式改革思路.研究生创新培养新举措为:以创新精神与实践能力为导向,从化工专业创新创业能力培养角度出发,通过专业培养目标优化,构建全方位育人机制,突出强化和提高学生创新能力和科研能力,努力革新课程体系与OBE理念相对接,挖掘创新精神与科研训练相对接、师资队伍与高质教育相对接,构建了"四维联动"的研究生培养体系,提高研究生在科学研究方面的创新能力,培养学生国际视野及协作精神,形成具有开放性的国际竞争力创新生态.
Exploration and practice of training mode for graduate students in chemical engineering by innovation-driven leadership
This paper deeply explores and summarizes the four aspects of talent cultivation in the graduate training process of chemical engineering at Lanzhou University of Technology,including plan revision,mechanism optimization,connotation strengthening,and process linkage.With the aim of enhancing graduate students'innovative spirit and practical ability,it proposes the reform approach of the training model for chemical engineering graduate students,focusing on optimizing the target,perfecting the system,strengthening the connotation,and innovating the dimension.The new measures for postgraduate innovation training are:guided by the spirit of innovation and practical ability,and from the perspective of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of chemical engineering majors,the paper aims to optimize professional training objectives and establish a comprehensive education mechanism,highlighting the strengthening and improvement of students'innovative ability and scientific research ability.It strives to reform the curriculum system in alignment with OBE concepts,integrate the cultivation of innovative spirit with scientific research training,and align the teaching staff with high-quality education.A four-dimensional linkage graduate training system has been established.This aims to improve the innovative ability of graduate students in scientific research,cultivate their international vision and collaborative spirit,and foster an open and internationally competitive innovation ecosystem.
