The preliminary study on the safety management mode of pharmaceutical and chemical laboratory in colleges and universities based on PDCA and SDCA cycle theory
As a total quality management method,PDCA cycle and SDCA cycle play a guiding role in the safety management of pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the significance of applying PDCA and SDCA cycle to the safety management of pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories,clarifies the construction path,and discusses the details of implementing double-cycle safety management mode through PDCA and SDCA cycle process,in order to improve the current situation of safety management of pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories in colleges and universities,so as to improve the level of laboratory safety management.
