Analysis of influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue in patients with enterostomy
Objective:To investigate the status of cancer-related fatigue in patients with enterostomy and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the clinical development of targeted nursing measures.Methods:A tatal of 104 patients with enterostomy were included and the general data questionnaire,PFS-R,CD-RISC,and Stoma-QOL-C were used in the investigation.Results:The total score of cancer-related fatigue was 97.60±21.77 and average score of items was 4.44±0.99.The incidence of moderate cancer fatigue was 86.5%.The regression analysis results showed that age,pathological stage,stoma complications,psychological resilience,and quality of life were the main influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue in patients with enterostomy(P<0.05)Conclusion:Patients with enterostomy have a moderate level of cancer fatigue.The patients with elder age,high pathological stage,stoma complications,low psychological resilience level and low quality of life should be correctly guided and targeted measures should be taken to improve their cancer fatigue,and thus enhance the quality of life of patients.
