The correlation between training load and job embeddedness level in standardized training nurses
Objective:To analyze the current situation of training load and job embeddedness level of standardized training nurses,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 246 standardized training nurses from a Class A tertiary hospital in Fujian Province were included by convenience sampling.The clinical nurse training load scale and the nurse occupation embedding scale were used for investigation.Results:The total score of training load of standardized training nurses was 61.50±17.51,and the total score of job embedding was 64.93±12.59.Correlation analysis results showed that the total score of training load and the score of each dimension were negatively correlated with the total score of job embedding and the score of each dimension(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The training load of standardized trained nurses is at the medium level,and the job embedment is above the medium level.Reducing the training load of standardized trained nurses will effectively improve their job embedment level.
