Analysis of latent class and influencing factors of self-regulated fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective:To explore the latent class of self-regulated fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:A total of 244 maintenance hemodialysis patients were conveniently selected from March 2022 to March 2023,and a general information questionnaire and a self-regulated fatigue scale were used in the survey.Latent class analysis was used to classify self-regulated fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and multiple logistic regression analysis was used to explore the impact of various influencing factors on their different categories. Results:The self-regulated fatigue score of maintenance hemodialysis patients was(52.27±9.47)points.Maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into high emotional control group(40.0%),high cognitive-behavioral control group(27.0%),and high regulatory fatigue group(33.0%).The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that gender, educational level, dialysis time, and weekly dialysis frequency were predictive factors for the potential category of self-regulated fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are three latent class of self-regulated fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Medical personnel should pay attention to different characteristic populations and adopt targeted intervention measures to enhance patients'cognitive, emotional, and behavioral regulation abilities from multiple aspects, and improve their self-regulation level.
