Analysis on status and influencing factors of nurses'self-care in cancer hospital
Objective:To investigate the status of self-care among nurses in cancer hospital and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the reference for the development and implementation of targeted intervention measures.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to survey 466 nurses from cancer hospital from October to November 2022.The survey utilized a general information questionnaire,the self-care scales in nurses,the Resilience Scale,and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the factors influencing of self-care among nurses in cancer hospital.Results:The self-care score of 466 nurses from cancer hospital was 138.53±23.11.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that strength,optimism,positive coping,and attention were influencing factors for self-care among these nurses(P<0.05),collectively explaining 66.5%of the total variance.Conclusion:The self-care of nurses in cancer hospitals needs further improvement.Nursing administrators should implement targeted interventions based on influencing factors to enhance their self-care abilities.
