妇产科围手术期虚拟现实技术相关研究的可视化分析

目的:分析妇产科围手术期虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术相关研究的热点,了解该领域的研究现状与发展趋势.方法:检索Web of Science核心数据库中有关VR技术在妇产科围手术期应用的相关文献,运用书目共现分析方法(Bicomb 2.04)对关键词进行文献计量学分析,使用双聚类软件(gCLUTO 1.0)对高频关键词进行聚类分析,获取目前VR技术在妇产科围手术期领域的研究热点.结果:最终共纳入225篇VR技术在妇产科围手术期领域应用的研究文献,频次≥10的高频关键词共 23 个,形成4个聚类,分别为通过VR技术提升住院医师和医学生的手术操作技能、VR技术在缓解患者术前焦虑及分娩疼痛的相关研究、VR技术在妇科手术中的相关研究及VR技术在妇科癌症及围手术期检查中的相关研究.结论:目前全球虚拟现实技术在妇产科围手术期的研究热度持续增加,主要集中于医学教育、手术技能培训、术前焦虑、术中应用、妇科癌症及围手术期检查的相关研究,其中在教育领域的研究最多.
Visual analysis of perioperative virtual reality technology in obstetrics and gynecology
Objective:To analyze the relevant research hotspots of perioperative virtual reality(VR)technology in obstetrics and gynecology,and understand the current research status and development trends in this field.Methods:The relevant literature on the application of VR technology in the perioperative period of obstetrics and gynecology was searched in the core database of Web of Science.The bibliometric analysis method(Bicomb 2.04)was used to analyze the keywords,and the biclustering software(gCLUTO 1.0)was used to cluster the high-frequency keywords,so as to obtain the current research hotspots in the field of VR technology during the perioperative period in obstetrics and gynecology.Results:A total of 225 studies on VR technology in the perioperative period in obstetrics and gynecology were included.23 high-frequency keywords with a frequency of≥10 were identified,forming four clusters,which were related to enhancing surgical skills of residents and medical students through VR technology,VR technology for alleviating preoperative anxiety and labor pain,VR technology in gynecological surgeries,and VR technology in gynecological cancer and perioperative examinations.Conclusion:At present,the global perioperative research heat of VR technology in obstetrics and gynecology continues to increase,mainly focusing on medical education,surgical skills training,preoperative anxiety,intraoperative applications,gynecological cancer and perioperative examinations.Among these,the most extensive research has been conducted in the field of education.
