Visual analysis of sleep quality during pregnancy based on CiteSpace
Objective:To understand the research status of pregnant women's sleep quality during pregnancy,explore the research trend,and provide research basis for effectively improving women's sleep quality during pregnancy.Methods:The literature related to sleep quality during pregnancy in the Web of Science Core Collection was retrieved,and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 was used to visually analyze research on sleep quality in pregnant women from January 2013 to August 2023,systematically identifying research hotspots and emerging trends.Results:A total of 652 studies on sleep quality during pregnancy were included.The number of publications has increased annually.The country with the largest number of articles was the United States,and the institution with the largest number of articles was the Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education(PASSHE).Research hotspots involved the differential diagnosis of perinatal insomnia,energy expenditure,adverse pregnancy outcomes,and childbirth.Conclusion:Sleep quality in pregnant women has attracted more and more attention.In the future,multidisciplinary theories should be integrated to conduct interdisciplinary research,with a focus on applied studies and the diversification of research methods.Drawing on international best practices and experiences will be essential for advancing research in this field.
