弹性环阻尼器应变特性分析及实验研究

弹性环应变特性是影响弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器(ERSFD)疲劳特性的重要因素.本文针对弹性环应变特性,分别利用有限元方法和有限体积法建立了弹性环和油膜的仿真分析模型,通过分域耦合的迭代方法进行求解,获得了弹性环应变的动力响应.并设计了ERSFD应变特性实验台,开展了应变特性测试实验.研究结果表明:弹性环应变时域信号,有1/2周期趋近于0,类似半波正弦的脉冲循环信号,说明稳态进动过程中,远离进动位置的弹性环与轴颈相互分离或接触不紧密.弹性环受拉伸交变应力影响较大,其中靠近外凸台的小孔内出口处的最大等效应变为1.771×10-3,受拉伸交变应力的影响最大.
The strain characteristics of the elastic ring are an important factor affecting the fatigue proper-ties of the Elastic Ring Squeeze Film Damper(ERSFD).For the strain characteristics of the elastic ring,simula-tion analysis models of the elastic ring and the oil film were established using the finite element method and the fi-nite volume method.The dynamic response of the elastic ring strain was obtained through iterative solution using sub-domain coupled methods.An experimental platform for ERSFD strain characteristics was designed,and strain characteristic tests were conducted.The research results show that the time-domain signal of the elastic ring strain approaches zero at 1/2 period and exhibits a cyclic pulse signal similar to a half-wave sine wave.This indicates that during the steady-state precession process,the elastic ring away from the precession position is ei-ther separated from or loosely in contact with the shaft journal.The elastic ring is significantly affected by alternat-ing tensile stress,in which the maximum equivalent strain becomes 1.771×10-3 at the exit of the small hole inside the small hole close to the outer boss,which is most affected by tensile alternating stress.
