生防菌TJ防治瓜类白粉病初步研究

细菌TJ是一株生防菌株,室内测定显示,其对瓜类白粉病有很好的防治效果。本研究通过田间试验确认:在白粉病的发病初期,使用’玎生防菌剂的300倍稀释液效果最好,300倍稀释液处理14d后对黄瓜和甜瓜白粉病的防效达到最高,分别为90.8%和95.7%,并且在施药后21d仍有86A%和90.4%的防治效果。而发病中后期使用TJ300倍稀释液14d后对两种白粉病的防效为68.2%和67.6%,低于发病初期施药后的防效。
Preliminary Study on Controlling Melon Powdery Mildew by Bio-control Agent TJ
The bacteria TJ is a biocontrol agent which shows a very good effect on melon powdery mildew in the indoor tests. Field trials of pesticide indicate that biocontrol agent TJ is powerful in controlling melon powdery mildew. Also, the field tests show that the 300-fold TJ fermentation liquid is of best effect against melon powdery mildew in the early growth stage of melon. The 14^th-day control effect against powdery mildew on cucumber and melon is 90.8% and 95.7%, the 21^st-day control effect is 86.4% and 90.4% after applying the agent, respectively. When the powdery mildew is serious in late stage of the melon growth, the control effects are 68.2% and 67.6%, respectively at 14^th-day by 300-fold TJ dilution treatment.
