摘要
为提高猫肾功能衰竭诊断的准确率,优化猫肾功能衰竭的治疗方案,收集天津市某宠物医院2021年接诊的9例肾功能衰竭病猫,根据病史、临床检查和实验室检测,综合分析肾功能衰竭的发病原因,并采用输液及饮食相结合的方法治疗猫肾功能衰竭.结果表明:猫肾功能衰竭病因多样化,发病类型与年龄有相关性.经过治疗9例肾衰竭病猫均痊愈出院.本文为猫肾功能衰竭诊断和治疗提供参考.
Abstract
In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of cat renal failure and optimize the treatment scheme of cat renal failure,nine cats with renal failure were collected from a pet hospital of Tianjin in 2021.According to the medical history,clinical examination and laboratory test,the causes of renal failure were comprehensively analyzed,and the combination of infusion and diet was used to treat cat renal failure.The results showed that the etiology of cat renal failure was diverse,and the incidence type was related to age.After the treatment,9 cats with renal failure were cured and discharged.This paper provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cat renal failure.
