急性低盐胁迫对黄鳍金枪鱼幼鱼渗透调节影响研究

为了研究急性低盐胁迫对黄鳍金枪鱼幼鱼渗透调节的影响,将黄鳍金枪鱼幼鱼由盐度 34转入盐度 29 的低盐海水(试验组)和盐度 34 的海水(对照组)中,并在转移后 0、6、24、48 h采样,分析急性低盐胁迫对黄鳍金枪鱼幼鱼血清渗透压、催乳素(PRL)、乳酸、血糖与离子浓度的影响.研究结果显示,渗透压、血清乳酸、血糖、钠离子(Na+)、钾离子(K+)、氯离子(Cl-)、钙离子(Ca2+)、碳酸氢根(HCO3-)试验组间差异显著(P<0.05),试验组中,渗透压和Na+均在 6 h下降至最低且显著低于对照组,随后在该水平上波动;催乳素于 6 h时下降至最低,24 h时逐渐稳定上升,显著高于对照组(48 h);K+逐渐降低,48 h达到最低值且显著低于对照组;Cl-在 6 h达到最低值且显著低于对照组.结果表明,低盐胁迫下黄鳍金枪鱼幼鱼会受急性低盐的影响,6 h以内渗透压可以保持稳定,之后快速下降并逐渐稳定;催乳素指标受其影响,短时间会降低,但长期胁迫会促进其上升;主要离子K+浓度组间差异不显著(P>0.05),Na+和Cl-浓度各组间存在显著差异(P<0.05).
Effects of acute low salt stress on osmotic regulation of juvenile yellowfin tuna(Thunnus albacares)
In order to study the effects of acute low salinity stress on osmoregulation of juvenile Thunnus albacares,juvenile Thunnus albacares were transferred from salinity 34 to salinity 29(experimental group)and salinity 34(control group),and sampled at 0 h,6 h,24 h and 48 h after transfer to analyze the effects of acute low salt stress on serum osmotic pressure,prolactin(PRL)lactic acid,blood sugar and ion concentration of juvenile Thunnus albacares.The results showed that the data of osmotic pressure,serum lactic acid,blood glucose,sodium ion(Na+),potassium ion(K+),chloride ion(Cl-),calcium ion(Ca2+),and bicarbonate(HCO3-)were significantly different between the experimental groups(P<0.05).In the experimental group,osmolality and Na+decreased to the lowest level at 6 h and were significantly lower than those in the control group,and then fluctuated at this level.Prolactin decreased to the lowest level at 6 h and gradually increased steadily at 24 h,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(48 h).K+gradually decreased and reached the lowest value at 48 h,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.Cl-reached the lowest value at 6 h and was significantly lower than that in the control group.The results showed that the osmotic pressure of juvenile Thunnus albacares under low salt stress was affected by acute low salt stress,and the osmotic pressure remained stable within 6 h,and then decreased rapidly and gradually stabilized.By its effects,the prolactin index decreased in a short time,but increased rapidly in a long time.There was no significant difference in the concentration of K+among groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the concentration of Na+and Cl-among groups(P<0.05).
