烤烟新品系漯烟1号的生长及烘烤特性研究

为明确烤烟新品系漯烟 1 号的田间生长及烘烤特性,以中烟 100 为对照,分析研究了漯烟 1 号田间生长表现及其在暗箱、烘烤试验中烟叶的变色、失水、叶绿素降解,以及多酚氧化酶活性变化等特征.结果表明:漯烟 1 号株高较高、叶面皱缩、叶尖部下垂明显;与中烟 100 相比,株高、叶片数等均有明显增加;移栽后 60 d,漯烟 1 号株高增长迅速,叶片先长长后长宽,植株开展度基本停止增长;烘烤特性方面,与中烟 100 相比,漯烟 1 号的烟叶变黄速率及叶绿素降解速率较慢,失水速率较快,变黄特性和失水均衡性稍差,烟叶不易固色.综上,为提高漯烟 1 号烟叶质量,可对其烘烤工艺做适当调整,变黄前期高温变黄,适当降低干湿球温度差,减少烟叶水分损失,调整烟叶变黄和失水协调性,变黄后期及定色前期适当提高干湿球温度差,加大排湿力度,防止烟叶出现硬变黄.
Study on the Growth and Baking Characteristics of the New Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Luoyan 1
To clarify the field growth and roasting characteristics of a new flue-cured tobacco strain,Luoyan 1 was compared with Zhongyan100 to analyze its field growth performance,as well as its discoloration,water loss,chlorophyll degradation and polyphenol oxidase activity changes in tobacco leaves in the dark box and roasting experiment.The results showed that Luoyan 1 plant had high height,leaf surface shrank and leaf tip drooped obviously.Compared with Zhongyan 100,the plant height and the number of leaves increased obviously.At 60 days after transplanting,Luoyan 1 grew rapidly in height,and the leaves grew first and then widened,and plant development degree basically stopped increasing.In terms of baking characteristics,compared with Zhongyan 100,Luoyan 1 to-bacco leaf browning rate and chlorophyll degradation rate were slower,water loss rate was faster,yellow characteristics and water loss balance was slightly poor,tobacco leaf color fixation was not easy.To sum up,in order to highlight the tobacco leaf quality of Luoyan 1,appropriate adjustments can be made to the baking process:high temperature yellowing at the early stage of yellowing,appropriate reduction of dry and wet bulb temperature difference,reduce water loss of tobacco leaf,adjust the coordination between tobacco leaf yellowing and water loss,appropriately raise the dry and wet bulb temperature difference at the later stage of yellowing and early stage of color setting,increase moisture discharge,and prevent tobacco leaf from becoming hard and yellow.
