基于DEA-SBM模型的烟草农业适度经营规模研究

为分析烟草农业适度经营规模,随机选取遵义市烟叶产业综合体 105 户烟叶种植主体为研究对象,依据各种植主体的经营面积将所调研的样本种植主体划分为 8 组,综合考虑土地经营的生产要素投入和农户收益,在DEA模型对种植主体进行效率评价的基础上,采用超效率DEA-SBM模型以确定DEA有效的不同决策单元之间的效率差异,以此测算烟叶生产适度规模经营.研究结果表明:种植规模为 0.33~0.67 hm2、0.68~1.00 hm2 和 2.34~2.67 hm23 类主体综合技术效率为 1;在超效率DEA-SBM中,种植规模为 0.68~1.00 hm2 的种植主体综合技术效率最高,其次是种植规模为 2.34~2.67 hm2 的种植主体.烟草种植农户每户最优适度种植规模可依据家庭劳动力人数、一定区域内具有种烟意愿的农户数量、经营环境在 0.68~1.00 hm2 或 2.34~2.67 hm2 中选择.
Moderate Management Scale of Tobacco Agriculture Based on DEA-SBM
In order to analyze the moderate operation scale of tobacco agriculture,this paper randomly selected 105 tobacco growers in Zunyi Tobacco Industry complex as the research object,and divided the investigated samples into 8 groups according to the operation area of each grower.Considering the input of production factors and farmers'income of land management,based on the efficiency e-valuation of growers by DEA model,the super efficiency DEA-SBM model was used to analyze the efficiency differences between DEA effective decision-making units,so as to calculate the appropriate scale of tobacco production.The results showed that the com-prehensive technical efficiency of three types of planting scale 0.33-0.67 hm2,0.68-1.00 hm2 and 2.34-2.67 hm2 were all equal to 1.In super efficiency DEA-SBM,the comprehensive technical efficiency of planting scale 0.68-1.00 hm2 was the highest,followed by planting scale 2.34-2.67 hm2.The optimal planting scale for each household of tobacco leaf planting farmers can be based on the number of household labor,the number of farmers with tobacco planting intentions in a certain area,and the operating environment,ranging from 0.68-1.00 hm2 or 2.34-2.67 hm2.
