Analysis on Photosynthetic Fluorescence Characteristics of Five Grape Rootstock Varieties
To compare the differences of photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters from the leaves of five grape root-stocks,the grape rootstocks suitable for the ecological adaptability of the northern Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang were screen to pro-vide a reference for the further promotion of grape rootstocks.The diurnal variation trends of photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters of SO4,1103P,5BB,Suosuo and Hutai 8 were determined and analyzed by GFS-3000 portable photosynthesis in-strument and PAM-2500 chlorophyll fluorescence.The results showed that the photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the five grape varieties were different.With the extension of time,the daily variation of the maximum light energy conversion effi-ciency of PSⅡ decreased the most by 5BB and the least by 1103P.The non-photochemical quenching coefficients of 5BB and 1103P were higher than those of the other three varieties.The maximum fluorescence Fm showed a trend of decreasing first and then increas-ing,with the smallest change range of Suosuo,and the largest change range of 5BB.The net photosynthetic rate of the five grape root-stocks showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the highest peak was Hutai 8.The water use efficiency was general-ly on the rise,with the largest being 5BB and the smallest being Suosuo.The diurnal variation of transpiration rate,stomatal conduc-tance and net photosynthetic rate of five grape rootstocks showed a single peak curve,and the change trend was similar.Furthermore,the comprehensive scores of photosynthetic characteristic parameters of five grape rootstock varieties were calculated by principal component analysis.The results showed that Hutai 8>Suosuo>5BB>SO4>1103P.In conclusion,under the same cultivation conditions,the five grape rootstocks,Hutai 8 and Suosuo have stronger growth potential than other grape rootstocks in northern Tianshan Moun-tains in Xinjiang,while 5BB,SO4 and 1103P as rootstock varieties performed weaker when they cultivate in the greenhouse.
