摘要

为探究青稞秸秆水热炭作为燃料的潜力,选取拉萨市达孜县的青稞秸秆为研究对象,通过预处理、水热炭化的青稞秸秆,应用单因素试验法和正交试验法设置具有代表性的试验组,对青稞秸秆水热炭和青稞秸秆进行工业分析和元素分析,重点放在热值的分析.结果表明:青稞秸秆水热炭热值与水热温度和水热时间均呈正相关,与固液比呈负相关;制备秸秆水热炭的最佳条件为水热温度 260℃、水热时间 8h、固液比 1:10;反应条件对于秸秆水热炭的热值影响顺序为:水热温度>水热时间>固液比.青稞秸秆水热炭热值最高达到 27.98 MJ·kg-1,接近水煤的热值(17~28 MJ·kg-1),有作为燃料的潜力.综上,本研究通过控制水热条件,提高了青稞秸秆水热炭的热值,提高其作为燃料的潜力,同时将青稞秸秆作为燃料,有效利用了农业废弃物,实现了"变废为宝".

Abstract

In order to explore the potential of barley straw hydrothermal charcoal as a fuel,barley straw in Dazi county,Lhasa city,was selected as the research object,and the representative test groups were set up through pretreatment and hydrothermal charcoaliza-tion of barley straw by applying the one-way experimental method and orthogonal experimental method to carry out industrial and ele-mental analyses of barley straw hydrothermal charcoal and barley straw with a focus on the calorific value analysis.The results showed that the calorific value of barley straw hydrothermal carbon was positively correlated with the hydrothermal temperature and hydrother-mal time,and negatively correlated with the solid-liquid ratio.The optimal conditions for the preparation of straw hydrothermal carbon were hydrothermal temperature of 260℃,hydrothermal time of 8 h,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10.The order of the reaction condi-tions for the calorific value of straw hydrothermal carbon was as follows:hydrothermal temperature>hydrothermal time>solid-liquid ratio.The calorific value of barley straw hydrothermal carbon reached 27.98 MJ·kg-1,which was closed to the calorific value of water coal(17-28 MJ·kg-1),and had the potential to be used as a fuel.In conclusion,the study through the control of hydrothermal condi-tions,to improve the calorific value of barley straw hydrothermal carbon,to improve its potential as a fuel,and at the same time,the barley straw as a fuel for the effective use of agricultural waste,to achieve the"waste into treasure".
