RMP-SWOT Trade-off Analysis and Response Strategies for High-Quality Development of Wisdom Grass Industry in Haibei Prefecture,Qinghai Province in the New Era
Haibei Tibetan Autonomous prefecture(hereinafter referred to as"Haibei prefecture")in Qinghai province has abundant grass resources and special location advantages,so how to weigh ecological protection and economic development of grass industry has become an important issue.In order to promote the high-quality development of wisdom grass industry in Haibei prefecture,this paper systematically combed the development situation of grass industry in Haibei prefecture(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats)by constructing the RMP-SWOT trade-off evaluation system,and weighed and analyzed the potential of utilizing the resources of grass industry in Haibei prefecture,the market economy of the grass industry,and the development of new grass industry products in three dimensions and 12 aspects.The results showed that the development of grass industry in Haibei prefecture had the strengths of abun-dant resources,excellent grass quality,grassland ecological animal husbandry scale,and gradually highlighting the brand effect,etc.,and there were the weaknesses of low degree of mechanization and intelligence in the development of grass resources,poor supporting infrastructure,lack of human resources,and insufficient layout of digital technology.Generally speaking,while ushering in the oppor-tunity of the era of the vigorous development of grass ecological economy to help rural revitalization and the technological opportunity of domestic and foreign digital technology,it is facing the internal threat of the weak ecological resilience of the grass industry and the external threat of fierce market competition.While adopting the SO strategy,we should focus on the long-term benefits,overcome the weaknesses and reduce the threats,take a broad step to innovate and strengthen the integration of multi-industry,introduce profes-sionals to realize the quality and quantity of grass products and build a special brand of grass industry in Haibei prefecture;and take the construction of the wisdom grass industry network system as an opportunity to construct the grassland eco-economy as a"test field".The study can provide scientific basis and guidance for the high-quality development and the coping strategy of wisdom grass industry in Haibei Prefecture,Qinghai province.
