Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Seven Phthalates in Water-Based Emulsion Adhesives for Cigarette by GC-MS Internal Standard Method
According to YC/T 333-2010"Water-based emulsion adhesives for cigarette-determination of the content of phthalate-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)",the uncertainty of the content of seven phthalates in water-based emulsion adhe-sives for cigarette was established. The method of GUM was used to evaluate the uncertainty and the mathematical model was estab-lished.The uncertainty components that affect the accuracy of the test results was analyzed and calculated. The synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty were obtained,a reasonable analytical scenarios of the uncertainty was formed. The results showed that the extension uncertain value of the seven types of phenyl acid ester was between 2.50-5.11 mg·kg-1(k=2).In the six factors, the uncer-tainty caused by the fitting of the standard working curve was the main factor affecting of the measurement result, the second factor was the repeatability of measurements and standard solution preparation,The influence of other factors was small and negligible. The evaluation results can provide a theoretical reference for the determination of the uncertainty of seven phthalates in water-based emulsion adhesives for cigarette by GC-MS internal standard method.
