饲用益生菌的筛选及效果评价研究

为获得制备益生菌制剂的优良菌株,满足不同阶段饲用益生菌的需求,采用简便有效的饲用益生菌益生特性的指标评价体系,对 20 株不同来源的益生菌菌种的产酸能力、抑菌效果、溶血性、抗生素敏感性、胆盐耐受性、耐高温能力,以及模拟胃液中的存活能力进行比较筛选.结果表明:7 种益生菌的体外益生特性与饲用益生菌的益生作用相一致,其中,枯草芽孢杆菌CI-CC10089 产酸和抑菌效果均较好,ZWRB和干酪-P具有强抑菌能力,SL和ZW具有较弱产酸能力,ZP和NG2 具有较强产酸能力.综上,本试验研究了饲用益生菌的评价方法,建立了饲用益生菌评价指标,可为后续饲用益生菌的工业化生产提供参考依据.
The Screening and Effect Evaluation of Probiotics for Breeding
In order to obtain excellent strains for preparation of probiotics and meet the needs of feeding probiotics at different stages,a simple and effective index evaluation system for probiotics was established.Twenty strains of probiotics from different sources were compared and screened in terms of acid production,antibacterial effect,hemolysis,antibiotic sensitivity,bile salt tolerance,high tem-perature tolerance and survival ability in simulated gastric juices.The results showed that the probiotic properties of 7 kinds of probi-otics in vitro were consistent with those of feed probiotics.In which,the Bacillus subtilis CICC10089 showed good acid-producing and bacteriostatic effects,ZWRB and Lactobacillus casei-P had strong antibacterial ability.SL and ZW had weak acid production capaci-ty,ZP and NG2 had strong acid production capacity.From the experimen,the evaluation methods of feed probiotics and evaluation indicators for feed probiotics wer established,which could provide reference for the subsequent industrial production of feeding probiotics.
