Leisure agriculture is an important industry and a key form of business in promoting the revitalization of rural industries and the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism. The county is an important administrative unit for policy and system design and spatial implementation, and it is also an important destination for consumers to experience leisure agriculture. Therefore, the planning of leisure agriculture experience products from the county scale is a key path to promote the transformation and upgrading of leisure a-griculture.Based on the introduction of RMP theory and experience economy theory and the improved E-RMP analysis framework,we constructed the technical process of county leisure agriculture experience product planning, and took Lin'an District of Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,a key county of national leisure agriculture,as an example, and put forward planning strategies for the spatial lay-out,product spectrum, and tour routes organization of leisure agriculture experience products in the whole area on the basis of the e-valuation of resource transformation, the evaluation of market experience, and the analysis of the external environment of product inno-vation.In terms of spatial layout, the region had constructed a Hangzhou-Huangshan world-class landscape corridor of mountain spe-cialties and three clusters of urban leisure agriculture in the east, farming and weaving experience agriculture in the middle and mountain specialties agriculture in the west in the pattern of"1+3",and had planned the spectrum of leisure agriculture experience products and tour routes with different themes and in different seasons. The E-RMP analysis framework was as follows the E-RMP analysis framework provides technical guidelines for planning leisure agriculture experience products at the county scale, and provided technical basis for rationalizing the spatial layout, product spectrum and tour route design. This study provided experience and deci-sion-making basis for local leisure agriculture planning in the next few years and for the creation of national leisure agriculture key counties.
