地理标志农产品促进共同富裕的内在机理与实证检验

为了发展并壮大地理标志农产品,促进地区乡村产业振兴,进而实现共同富裕,梳理已有文献,将共同富裕划分为物质富裕、精神富裕、共享性、可持续性 4 个维度,分别阐述地理标志农产品促进共同富裕的机理,并利用 2010-2020 年省际面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型进行实证检验.研究发现:地理标志农产品促进共同富裕的效果较为明显,异质性分析表明,地理标志农产品对中、西部地区的共同富裕存在促进作用,但对东部地区的影响效果并不显著.综上,应从激发市场潜力、发掘文化内涵、增加地区间联动、发挥潜在效用 4 个方面着手增强地理标志农产品的共富效应.
The Mnternal Mechanism and Empirical Test of Geographical Indication Agricultural Products to Pro-mote Common Prosperity
In order to develop and expand geographical indication agricultural products to promote the revitalisation of rural industries in regions and thus achieve common prosperity.After combing the existing literature,we classify com-mon prosperity into four dimen-sions:material prosperity,spiritual prosperity,sharing and sustainability,respectively elaborate the mechanism of GI agricultural prod-ucts to promote common prosperity,and utilize inter-provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020 to carry out empirical tests by using a two-way fixed effect model.The study found that the effect of GI agricultural products in promoting common prosperity was more pro-nounced.Heterogeneity analyses showed that GI agricultural products had a contributing effect on common prosperity in the central and western regions,but the effect on the eastern regionis not significant.In conclusion,we should enhance the common prosperity ef-fect of GI agricultural products from four aspects,such as stimulating market potential,exploring cultural connotation,increasing inter-regional linkage,and exerting potential utility.
