Study on the Compatibility of Village Building Land under Rural Reconstruction:Taking Tianjin for Ex-ample
This paper concentrated on the urgent needs of rural development and the key problems constraining development,focused on the field of village planning,and explored the compatibility mode and compatibility way of village construction land,so as to pro-vide land guarantee for the revitalization of the countryside.The objective was to organize and summarize the patterns of urban land compatibility in China and to construct a framework system for the study of compatible land used in rural areas.The results showed that the research framework of"conceptual connotation-practice analysis-organizational form-control system"of land use compatibili-ty had been analyzed,the connotation of land use compatibility had been defined,the practice of urban construction land compatibility had been sorted out and the real demand for rural construction land compatibility had been analyzed.Taking Tianjin as an example,the compatible organizational form of village construction land was divided into two types:single land use nature compatible and mixed land use nature compatible,and corresponding control measures were proposed from different aspects.In conclusion,village construc-tion land compatibility under rural spatial reconfiguration was a rational choice for the transformation and upgrading of land use,and this study was both an enrichment of the research content of village construction land compatibility and a further sinking of the re-search scale of land use compatibility.
