烤烟僵硬度参比样的制作和量化研究

为定量定性探究烤烟僵硬度梯度,通过设立评价小组,对云南产区的样品进行筛选分组,共设置 7 个僵硬度梯度,通过检验分析和质构仪实现参比样设置梯度验证和对应指标间的相关关系探究。结果表明:本研究设定的僵硬度参比样梯度无交叉、易区分,量化后各梯度数值阈值范围清晰,差异明显;僵硬度与颜色参数的相关性均达到显著水平或极显著水平,与物理特性指标的相关性均达到极显著水平。综上,僵硬度参比样的制备可为烟叶生产提供指导,相关量化研究可为烤烟数字化评级提供部分理论支持。
Preparation and Quantification of Reference Samples for Tobacco Stiffness
In order to explore the stiffness gradient of tobacco from a quantitative and qualitative perspective,the evaluation teams were established to screen and group samples from Yunnan production areas.The evaluation team had divided 7 gradients.Conducted gradient research on reference sample settings through inspection and analysis,and explored the correlation between correspond.The results indicated that the gradient of the stiffness reference sample was non overlapped and easy to distinguish.The threshold range of each gradient value was cleared and the difference was significant.The correlation between stiffness and color parameters had reached a significant level or above.The correlation between stiffness and physical property indicators had reached a highly significant level.To sum up,the preparation of reference samples can be used to guide tobacco production.Quantitative research on stiffness provides a reference for digital grading of tobacco.
