施用微藻对烤烟生长、产量和质量的影响

为明确不同浓度微藻菌剂对烤烟生长、产量和质量的影响,为微藻在烟草生产中的应用提供理论依据,设置3个不同浓度微藻处理T1(14 mL·L-1)、T2(28 mL·L-1)、T3(56 mL·L-1)和1个空白对照(清水),对烟株农艺性状、烤后烟叶物理性状、化学成分和经济性状等指标进行研究,并对青枯病发病率进行评估调查。结果表明:(1)施用微藻可显著提高团棵期烟株株高及茎围,与CK相比,3个微藻处理的株高、茎围分别提升28。37%~42。40%、4。9%~12。5%,并可显著提高烤烟有效叶片数;综合农艺性状指标以T2处理效果最佳,相较于CK,T1、T2、T3处理的烟草青枯病发病率分别降低45。5%、21。2%、72。7%。(2)微藻菌剂能有效改善烤后烟叶的物理特性,增加其单叶质量的同时,降低含梗率与含水率,显著提高产量,以T3处理的产量最高,为2 052。9 kg·hm-2,T2处理次之,施用微藻可显著提高上等烟比例及中上等烟比例,T2处理最高,产值也最高,为41 282。95元·hm-2。(3)施用微藻对烤后烟叶不同部位的化学成分影响不同,相较于CK,中部叶施用微藻的处理,N、K、总糖含量分别降低0。6%~1。4%、3。2%~5。4%、4。6%~6%,烟碱含量表现为T2>T3>CK>T1;下部叶中,处理间烟碱、还原糖、总糖含量存在显著性差异,均以T2处理最高,分别为2。66%、19。19%、23。33%。综上所述,施用微藻可显著提高烟株有效叶数及株高,并显著提高上等烟及中上等烟比例,提高烤烟产值,微藻的施用有助于改善烤后烟叶品质,使化学成分更为协调,并且青枯病发病率显著降低,综合各项指标以T2处理(28 mL·L-1)效果最佳。
Effect of Microalgae Application on Growth and Yield Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco
In order to clarify the impact of microalgae inoculants at different concentrations on the growth,and quality of flue-cured tobacco,and to provide a theoretical basis for the application of microalgae in tobacco production,three different concentrations of mi-croalgae treatments were established:T1(14 mL·L-1),T2(28 mL·L-1),and T3(56 mL·L-1),along with a blank control(water).The study evaluated various indicators such as the agronomic traits of tobacco plants,the physical shape of cured tobacco leaves,chemical components,and economic traits.Additionally,the incidence rate of bacterial wilt was assessed and investigated.The results showed that:(1)the application of microalgae significantly increased the height and stem circumference of tobacco plants during the rosette stage.Compared to the control(CK),the three treatments involving microalgae application led to an increase in plant height and stem circumference ranging from 28.37%to 42.40%and 4.9%to 12.5%,respectively.Additionally,it significantly boosted the effective number of leaves in flue-cured tobacco.Considering the comprehensive agronomic traits,the T2 treatment demonstrated the best re-sults.Compared to the CK,the incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt in T1,T2,and T3 treatments decreased by 45.5%,21.2%,and 72.7%,respectively.(2)The microalgae bacteria agent effectively improved the physical characteristics of roasted tobacco leaves,in-creased leaf weight,reduced stem content and water content,and significantly increased yield.The T3 treatment achieved the highest yield,which was 2 052.9 kg·hm-2,followed by the T2 treatment.The application of microalgae significantly improved the proportion of fine tobacco and the combined proportion of medium and fine tobacco,with the T2 treatment yielding the highest output value of 41 282.95 yuan·hm-2.(3)The application of microalgae exerted diverse impacts on the chemical composition of cured tobacco leaves.In comparison with CK,the contents of N,K,and total sugar in the middle leaves treated with microalgae decreased significantly by 0.6%-1.4%,3.2%-5.4%,and 4.6%-6%respectively.The nicotine contents presented the sequence of T2>T3>CK>T1.In the lower leaves,there were marked differences in the contents of nicotine,reducing sugar,and total sugar among the treatments,with the T2 treatment demonstrating the highest levels at 2.66%,19.19%,and 23.33%,respectively.In conclusion,the application of microalgae significantly enhances the number of effective leaves and the height of tobacco plants,markedly raises the proportion of high-grade to-bacco and medium-high-grade tobacco,and boosts the output value of flue-cured tobacco.The application of microalgae contributes to enhancing the quality of tobacco leaves after roasting,makes the chemical composition more harmonious,and significantly lowers the incidence of bacterial wilt.Taking all indicators into consideration,the T2 treatment(28 mL·L-1)has the most optimal effect.
