In order to explore the effects of different types of fertilizers on the yield and quality of tea,the fertilization technologies such as single application of fertilizer,organic fertilizer,new fertilizer,fertilizer+organic fertilizer were reviewed in terms of the phys-ical and chemical properties of tea garden soil,the structure of root microbial colonies of tea trees,and the effects of tea yield and quality.By summarizing a large number of literatures,it was founded not only the soil environment of tea gardens was improved,but also the yield and quality of tea was improved significantly through fertilization technology model of fertilizer+organic fertilizer.In conclusion,the effects of fertilizer on the yield and quality of tea were reviewed and prospected in this paper,which provided theoreti-cal support for the fertilization methods and fertilizer selection in tea gardens in the future.
