Research on the Path of New Quality Productivity to Empower the High-quality Development of Tianjin's Rice Industry
In order to promote the high-quality development of Tianjin's rice industry,this paper based on the review of relevant theo-retical research and connotations of new quality productivity,constructed an analytical framework from three aspects:new momentum for industrial development,digital transformation,and new ecological upgrades.It explained the theoretical logic of new quality pro-ductivity empowering the high-quality development of Tianjin's rice industry,and finally put forward relevant path suggestions based on the analysis of the current development status of Tianjin's rice industry.The results showed that Tianjin's rice industry was current-ly facing the realistic challenges of a relatively obvious lack of agricultural science and technology talent resources,difficulty in pro-moting new technologies,and insufficient data element mining capabilities.Focusing on the above-mentioned realistic problems,this paper proposes to strengthen the government's top-level design,innovate the talent training system,increase technology promotion ef-forts,and optimize the path selection of data element supply,so as to achieve high-quality development of Tianjin's rice industry.
