In order to explore the curing process of heat pump bulk curing barn to harvest middle tobacco leaves at one time in tobac-co-rice rotation regions,Yunyan 87 was used as the experimental material to compare and analyze the difference in effectiveness be-tween the steady temperature and humidity drop curing process and the four step curing process.The results showed that compared with the four step curing process,the steady temperature and humidity drop curing process could enhanced the chromaticity of tobacco leaves,increased the single leaf weight,sugar content and chlorogenic acid content of tobacco leaves,increased the proportion of main tobacco leaves by 3.61％,reduced the proportion of miscellaneous tobacco leaves by 1.38％,reduced the proportion of greenish to-bacco leaves by 3.04％,and increased the proportion of high quality tobacco leaves ratio by 6.50％.The appearance quality index and the total score of smoking quality were improved by 8.02％and 2.24％,respectively,and the total cost of energy consumption was re-duced by 8.49％.Therefore,the steady temperature and humidity drop curing process of heat pump bulk in middle paddy-tobacco leaves can improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves,reduce the curing costs,improve the economic effect of curing.
