基于生物信息学的角蛋白酶分析

通过生物信息学分析预测拟蕈状芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌 4 种微生物角蛋白酶的结构性质。结果显示,所有酶都具有稳定性和亲水性,其二级结构特征相似,主要由无规则卷曲、β-折叠和α-螺旋构成。信号肽分析揭示了潜在的分泌蛋白特征,其中拟蕈状芽孢杆菌可能分泌信号肽。此外,拟蕈状芽孢杆菌的磷酸化位点最多。这为进一步研究角蛋白酶的降解机制及其推广应用提供了重要基础。
Bioinformatics-Based Analysis of Keratinase
The structural properties of four microbial keratinases,namely Bacillus paramycoides,Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa,Bacillus licheniformis,and Bacillus subtilis,were predicted through bioinformatics analysis in our current study.The results showed that all enzymes had stability and hydrophilicity,and their secondary structural characteristics were similar,mainly composed of irregular curls β-folding and α-spiral composition.Signal peptide analysis revealed potential secretory protein features,among which Bacillus subtilis might secrete signal peptides.Moreover,Bacillus subtilis had the most phosphorylation sites.These results have thus provided an important foundation for further studying the degradation mechanism of keratinase and promoting its application.
