摘要
数字经济的飞速发展带来了科技和产业应用的新场景、新业态、新模式.本文阐述数字经济和实体经济深度融合发展下,传统供应链转化为数字化供应链的演变路径,并进一步探究了数字经济时代供应链运营管理所面临的供应链数字化转型不足,应用型人才培养缺失以及供应链实时数据管理等方面的问题.同时提出应在政府层面做到深入优化并推进供应链数字化转型进程,在学校层面构建"1+2+2+N"的供应链应用型人才培养模式以及在企业层面持续加速数字化、智能化变革的建议.
Abstract
The rapid development of the digital economy has brought new scenari-os,formats,and models for the application of technology and industry.This article elabo-rates on the evolution path of transforming traditional supply chains into digital supply chains under the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and fur-ther explores the problems faced by supply chain operation and management in the digi-tal economy era,such as insufficient digital transformation of supply chains,lack of ap-plied talent cultivation,and ill management of real-time data in supply chains.Mean-while,it is proposed to deeply optimize and promote the digital transformation process of the supply chain at the government level,to build a"1+2+2+N"applied talent cultiva-tion model of supply chain at the school level,and continuously accelerate digital and in-telligent transformation at the enterprise level.
