With China's economy entering into a stage of high-quality develop-ment,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure play an increasingly crucial role in promoting economic development.Taking minority regions in Hebei province as the research object,this paper sets up index for the structural upgrading of distinctive industries.A fixed effect model is adopted to analyze the impact of digital inclusive finance on the upgrading in minority regions of Hebei province.Policy suggestions are put forward on how the former facilitates the latter in terms of cover area,implementation depth and application degree of the former.
