摘要
"专精特新"理念是我国政府对中小企业发展方向的重要定调.该理念与高职院校创新创业教育存在发展目标的内在耦合以及体系特性的优势互补.然而,当前高职院校创新创业教育课程在理论、实践、共时及未来发展等层面存在实然困境.高职院校应通过推动创新创业课程教育理念更新,优化课程教育结构布局,突出课程专业特色、整合数智化教育资源等四个方面探索育人改革新路径,在培养具备专业能力、精湛技能、特色技艺和创新思维的高素质人才,积极助力"专精特新"企业高质量发展.
Abstract
The concept of"special,sophisticated,unique and novel"sets a key tone for the development direction of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in our country.It is intrinsically coupled with the development goal of innovation and entre-preneurship education at vocational colleges,and the two complement each other in terms of systematic characteristics.However,the current innovation and entrepreneur-ship education is hampered by practical dilemmas both in theory and practice,in syn-chronic and future development.Vocational colleges should explore a new path to educa-tion reform from four aspects:updating the educational concept of innovation and entre-preneurship curriculum,optimizing the educational structure of the curriculum,strength-ening the special characteristics of the curriculum,and integrating the educational re-sources of digital intelligence.The aim is to cultivate high-quality talents armed with pro-fessional competence,exquisite skills,excellent craftsmanship and innovative way of thinking,and actively help the high-quality development of enterprises which use spe-cial and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products.
